The River stool was commissioned by furniture retail innovators Larry and Rosa Guo for their new store in Alexandria, Sydney. They asked for a distinctly Dunstone Design low stool with a Scandinavian twist.
The River low stool is made without compromise. The double splayed legs with their fine shaping and crisp lines gives the design a bold stance. The Riverlow stool features our signature through-wedged-tenons and oil finish. This design is perfect for an inner-city apartment or townhouse where space is at a premium.
The River stool is also at home in a bedroom, beside the fireplace in a chalet, in a hallway next to the shoe rack or even as casual veranda seating. The River stool makes delightful seating for a young person.
