This piece is a fine example of what can be achieved with great clients, the right budget and a clear brief. The clients knew what they needed to store and display, but had no pre-conceived design in mind. They had existing furniture that they wished this new piece to blend with, but they did not want it “matched” to the older furniture. The final design was arrived at after two house calls. The timber is Victorian blackwood.
